Join us for a fresh and flavorful demo and tasting featuring chimichurri made with parsley, cilantro, green onion, and garlic from Willow Wisp Organic Farm, served with artisan bread from Roger That Bakery.

Alan Carroll — food educator and home cook — will show you how a handful of fresh Market ingredients can come together to create this bright, herbaceous sauce.

Use chimichurri as a marinade, spoon it over grilled meats or vegetables, toss it with roasted potatoes, drizzle it over eggs, or simply grab some good bread and start dipping.
